Maternity support belt?
My dr recommended b/c I'm carrying low and I have so much low ab pain and pelvic/groin pressure. Is anyone wearing one or Has anyone worn one? Does it help?

I wore one with my twins and am about to start wearing it again with the pregnancy. It helped to relieve a lot of pressure

I have been wearing one for a few weeks. I do find it very helpful. My pain in in my groin/upper thigh and I definitely notice a difference wearing the belt. I have the one from Boppy
