Maternity Support Belts
I've had really bad lower back pain. My doctor suggested wearing a maternity support belt because of my previous problems with a weak lower back pre-pregnancy. Does anyone have any suggestions on maternity support belts?

I dont have any suggestions but I would love to know about support belts too. Someone told me to start looking at maternity stores for these belts which I havent been able to do yet.

I got one from Destination Maternity. It doesn't seem to be on their website though. It has an additional strap that goes across your belly for added support. I wear mine for abdominal support for my hernia so I can't tell you how effective it is for back support but I remember it saying on the box that it was for back and ab support. Honestly it doesn't help me too much

See ya I saw it at Babiesrus and i wanted to get it for my back & the lower front ligament pain & it was 30 bucks but then i thought is this really going to work and decided not to get it..
