Maternity Swim Classes
Does anyone know of any pregnancy swim classes or "aerobic" sessions in the Western Suffolk/E. Nassau area (preferably south shore)? I checked the Bay Shore Y and it doesn't look like they do anything there...
I'm getting desperate with this pelvic pain & my SIL told me that her "Aqua-Bump" classes helped alleviate a lot of the pain & discomfort during her pg, so I really want to give it a try...

Try calling the hospital you plan to deliver at - the number for the mommy and me or l&d classes. In NJ the Morristown hospital offers these classes.

Sounds like fun! I sure do hope I can get in my mom's pool a few times before baby comes!
