Maturity Level at work
I work in HR with 2 people junior to me. One is so nice & helpful, proactive etc. (female)
The other is a male, and since he has been here longer than me but is junior to me (he is a lot younger than me), he tends to give me attitude sometimes. This morning he comes into my office and tells me "Project is done" (something we have been having a problem with). I said (with a smile) "Great! How did that happen?" Meaning, how did it get done? He rolls his eyes, gives me a dirty look and says "How do you think it happened?" I responded, "No need to be sarcastic, I was simply asking you how you arrived at the solution." Geez!

Re: Maturity Level at work
Sometimes I really wish I could kick people in the shins. I am constantly appalled at how unprofessional people can be. We are at work folks, not the bar.

Jerk! If he's going to an answer with a question, play along. I hate when people do that - much worse with sarcasm attached.
Kudos to you for calling him on it!
