Maybe it's a sign..

Last Christmas my Mom gave me a St. Gerard medal on a chain, and I never took it off until that awful day in April when I went to the RE and at 11 weeks 5 days, my baby had no heartbeat anymore. I left the office, got in the car, sobbed and took off my medal and threw it in my purse.

I use this purse all the time, it's one of my "staples", my favorite everyday black purse...I can't tell you how many times in the past 6 months I've cleaned this purse out, at least every 2 weeks, my purse is always a mess.

Today, 4 hours after my IUI, I was digging around in my purse for a pen and I found my medal. I had completely forgotten that I thrown it in my bag. I've gone through the pockets of this bag countless times and never saw it.

I spent about 15 minutes detangling the chain and put it back on. Maybe it's a sign of good things to come. Maybe it was the sign from God that I've been looking for that he's listening to my prayers. I won't lie, I lost alot of my faith after the last m/c, I've had a hard time and struggled with my faith and I've prayed so hard for guidance, not just for the baby. I think this was my sign.

It took me a long time, but I put a St. Gerard medal back on too. Earlier this week. I borrowed one from a friend, who swears by it.

Maybe this one will work better for me. I think my old one is "broken".

I think its a sign too. I pray this is ur month. I had my mc in may at 9 weeks and its the hardest thing to go thru. I pray this is ur month (mine too!)

thanks to all for your support, it is so appreciated. I am looking at this as a sign, not definitely that I am getting my BFP, I continue to pray for that, but at least that I am being heard, I wasn't so sure awhile ago.
