Maybe TMI, but I need some reassurance...

Okay, I know I can count on all of you, you have all been wonderful and helpful. here goes.... I was due to ovulate this week. I noticed on Monday, I had some very light spotting, and on Wednesday night the spotting got bright red, and this morning there was more blood, not too much, enought to wear a panty liner. Can it be I ovulated ? I once had this and had DUB- dysfunctional uterine bleeding, and the doctor told me to go about my business and it just happens. It is tapering off now and it is pinkish /red. Then I thought maybe when we BD the other day I was not" ready" as I should have been... could this cause this???? I had some pain before, on my left side where my ovaries are... but know I am thinking it is all in my head. Did anyone ever have this? Thanks in advance.

it has never happened to me, but why dont you jsut call your doc, she might have just the right and quick answer.

some women have ovulation bleeding, so it could be that.

it could have been from sex too.

it could have been just some fluke thing.

it could have been an early period too.

it's so hard to tell because our body can do so many things and we are all different. If you are still bleeding, I would call your doc and maybe get checked out, but if it was light bleeding and now it's gone, I wouldn't worry too much about it. Maybe make a note somewhere that you had spotting on such and such day in your cycle, so next month you can see if there is any pattern.
