MBR bathroom floor question
Right now, when you walk into the MBA area you have a doorway with the sink/vanity to the left and closet door to the right (no door on doorway to the area or to the closet) and then straight ahead is the door for the bathroom (toilet/bathtub). It's carpeted all the way to the actual bathroom. My mom thinks we should pull up the carpet from the first doorway up until the bathroom and put down vinyl or tile. She said people like that area not carpeted? What do you think? I just think it's more of a hassle. But we're trying to sell it so we need to appeal to buyers. Thanks!

Re: MBR bathroom floor question
i have berber carpet in my vanity area--- it's a little different from what you're describing. the bathtub is in that area the toilet is in a separate area, where tile is. i'll try to take a pic.

Re: MBR bathroom floor question
i agree with your mom... i think you should tile or vinyl the vanity area. if theres a sink there, theres always a chance of water getting onto the carpet.. if people are going to be standing there doing there makeup, brushing their teeth, etc,etc.... theres too big of a chance something will get spilled on the carpet... tile or vinyl would be MUCH easier to clean....
