I like Spirutein. It comes in different flavors. I prefer vanilla so that I can add a variety of fruits to change it up. I'll add banana & peanut butter or some berries. It's pretty tasty as vanilla itself as well. I buy a large container but they also sell individual envelopes of different flavors (ie., chocolate, cookies n creme, cappocino, berry, etc.) so you can try them out before you buy a large container.

You can get it at any Vitamin shop/GNC or most health food stores. Wild By Nature sells it as well.

Isopure has no carb, no sugar, no fat versions. They're not wonderful - but for no sugar/no carbs - they'll do. They also have 50 grams of protein. I like that you mix them with water - I've had other protein shakes where I had to carry around milk with me but here I just need to have my measured powder and can use water anywhere. Comes in a lot of flavors - I've had Cookies n Cream and Vanilla.

I've never drunk a protein drink. Is it tasty or just so-so? I need more protein in my diet.

Where do you get this? Does it fill you up. I like the idea that I dont need a blender..
