Measuring small?

Ever since my Level II sono, I have been off by a week. Now my doc is pretty oldfashioned- each visit we just listen to the heartbeat and she measures my belly.
She said if I am still behind next visit she will send me for a sonogram.

Anyone else measure on the small side?

Re: Measuring small?

My doc measures and listens every time too. Im not sure if I understand. You thought you were 20 weeks at 20 week sono you were measuring 19 weeks and now you are still a week behind??? I don't think that is a huge issue... but Im not a docChat Icon

Re: Measuring small?

At the 20 sono, I measured right on target. Now at 30 wks and the past couple of visits I am measuring a week behind. Its the change that worries me.

yes - and I was Very stressed out over it and the baby was fine
I forgot how many weeks I was - maybe about 34 weeks - or so and the baby was only measuring 5lb 1oz
she was born at 42 weeks at 7lbs 2oz
