Never done..but want to do today..

Do I need to do anything different as opposed to cooking them on the stovetop

My plan is to make them as I always do...
put them in with my sauce all "raw" and cook on low 6-8 hrs

does this sound about right? Will they stay together or fall apart? I keep picturing them all crumbled up after it is all done and it just being a meat sauce/Bolognese Chat Icon
