Same here. I got mainly no underwire bras for normal, at-home days. (Wire can block a duct.) I got nice underwire ones for days out. I didn't buy my nicer bras until about 1 month into nursing. That way I knew what size I was.
I bought 4 nursing tanks. Nice on summer days and quite essential (IMO) for the winter when your shirt is up half the time. I bought 2 white, one grey and one black.

I used the Lansinoh too.
Only complaint is that it stains your bras, so make sure you are okay with that.

Re: Medela Nipple Cream?
The Medela doesn't work as well as Lansinoh bc Lansinoh is purified lanolin, which is what is recommended by docs. I love my Medela nursing sleep bras though! You can get them at BRU.

Re: Medela Nipple Cream?
Personally I liked the Medela cream better than the Lansinoh but I'm sure that is just a personal preference. Lansinoh's was very gooey while the Medela one is lighter and oilier. I started off with the Lansinoh but I got samples of Medela at the hospital and ended up switching.
I originally started with 2 nursing sleeping bras, 1 nursing sports bra, and 1 underwire nursing bra. I found the underwire bra to be uncomfortable. I know most girls on here like the sports bra but I like the sleeping bras best. They are most comfortable for me. I ended up ordering 5 more in the mail. I leak through them often.
