any one do medical billing from home?
how did you get the job and or where did you get the schooling for it

I took a 3 month program to learn how to do medical billing. I loved the program but hated the job I got after I finished...it could have been the place but it sucked. AND itsnot something that you can do from home unless you find a company that is willing to give you a position like that. You will not be able to compete with the prices that the medical billing companies charge the doctors to bill for them, if you decided to start your own company.

medical billing from home is near impossible to get into unless you get a job at an office and then they allow you to do it after a while from home.

If you search the web , it will tell you how hard from home it is to do.

Medical transcription on the other hand is a 75% work at home job....but you need to take a certification ( after the coursE) and build up speed , but you can make money doing it and the at home jobs are all over....
