Medical ID bracelets
We've tried so many over the years and I finally found one that both my kids and I like! I thought I'd share in case anyone else has been searching for a good one. Both of my kids need them for various allergies.
I wanted one with the stainless steel engraved plate, they wanted silicone bracelets. They both like being able to change the bracelet color when they want to. American Medical ID Stainless Steel with Silicone Flex Band
In case you are looking for a different kind, these are what we've tried in the past and what the kids and I thought of them.
We tried the beaded bracelets from Petite Baubles which are super cute but they both complained that the beads were uncomfortable when they were writing at school.
We tried the Sportbands from Petite Baubles which they thought were comfortable and I liked the visibility but when they washed their hands at school the bracelet would stay wet for quite a while which was uncomfortable.
We tried these silicone bracelets from ebay that the kids said were the most comfortable but the allergy info wasn't very prominent and looked too much like a regular bracelet to be useful in an emergency.

Re: Medical ID bracelets
Is there anything similar to that for a regular bracelet, not medical related? I would be interested in that for a contact info type bracelet for my kids

Re: Medical ID bracelets
This is the only one I remember seeing, they are $30 each
There are a bunch of custom silicone bracelet engravers on ebay. Quality wise I would recommend the ones I posted at the end of the other post and he'll engrave whatever you want that fits. I didn't like that the engraving wasn't filled in with contrasting paint since if it was an emergency and they couldn't talk I need the medical info relayed before treatment begins.
Have you see these wristbands from Mabel's Labels? Or if you google safety tattoos a few options come up.
