Medifast
Has anyone had any success or feedback on Medifast? I need to lose about 15 lbs and just signed up for this program.

I wouldn't do it unless I were being monitored by a dr., and if you only have 15 lbs. to lose, a dr. wouldn't let you go on it...I did it, lost about 30 lbs. in 2 months but ended up with a bad gall bladder, which had to come out...I'd be wary...

i used Take Shape For Life, a sub division of medifast for my last 15lbs, it takes longer than usual for that last 15 lbs but it worked wonderfully, took me about 2 months or so to do it
