Meds for cold-WWYD
As most of you know.. we plan on starting IVF next year but we do have one more shot at natural or IUI this month. Problem is Ive been really sick- Dr gave me zpak, steroid and robitss w codeine... Ill be done with all my meds tomorrow and am supposed to O this weekend-mondayish. Do you think we should just pass up this cycle due t all the meds Ive taken?

I think it's fine. How many people drink, take meds, etc and find out later they were pregnant. They and their babies are totally fine.

i am sure its fine, they can also prescribe meds for you that are safe while TTC. I had a horrible sore throat yesterday and went to the doc, he prescribed me amoxicillin and i let him know i was in the middle of fertility treatments... so i'm assuming its ok! i hope you feel better!

I just finished a course of zithromax and mucinex which I took during my iuis. The doc said it was fine (but of course I'm worried). It's more important that you dont get even sicker like with pneumonia, so take those meds and feel better!

I say go for it -- like the pp said how many people drink and do who knows what? Hope it brings you LOTS of luck!!!

Thanks girls.. supposed to go to mohegan this weekend with some girl friends so IUI may be out. I guess some good old  is in order the night before I leave
