Melville Walk Through Light Show OR Bayport Drive Through Light Show?
Has anyone been to either of these? Is one better than the other?

Ive been to the Bayport one and I was impressed. Were going again this year.
The melville newsday walk through one has a facebook page. Some people posted they were disappointed and some liked it. Its all outside so dress warm and they open the skate rink once an hour or something like that. You can buy tickets there or online.

We went to the bay port one with DD (2 1/2) and we enjoyed it, DD loved it! It was cute, I don't remember the Jones beach one but someone had commented that one had more animated light set ups. It was a nice drive, about a mile with a variety of scenes. We took DD to see santa after and everyone was really nice. For 2 4 x6 and the cd with all images the price was $20. Someone had mentioned it was over 30 for the same thing at the mall. They also had hot chocolate, water and some snacks inside, a little gift shop and DD got a kick out of all the decorated Christmas trees. Hth!

Bayport! The one in Melville was so small and quick and was just not worth standing out in the cold!

The Bayport one is good! And the Santa there is the best! He comes to our house on Christmas Eve also and he's great!

We went to the Melville one last night with the kids. It was freezing! It was cute and worth the $6 a ticket but it got crowded really fast. You get to take pictures with Santa and they have stands that sell hot chocolate and pretzels. They also have craft stations where you can make picture frames and gingerbread men.
I've never been to the Bayport one.
