Memorial Day BBQ menu
Hey all - we are having a BBQ on Sunday... 20ish people, I think, but could be as many as 30.
Here's my menu so far:
Hot dogs
Hamburgers
Chicken legs
We also have a box of veggie burgers just in case
Pasta salad (non mayo-y)
Cole slaw
Lentil salad (so there is something more substantial in case of a vegetarian)
Guac, salsa, chips
Hummus, baby carrots, celery
Watermelon
Blondies with bourbon, dried cherries, and dark chocolate chips
Maybe s'mores
Do you think this is good? Anything I am missing? How much pasta do you think I should make - 1 lb?

Everything sounds great and there are lots of options. For the pasta, I would probably make 3 lbs/boxes (if you think 30 people would show up) and at minimum 2 lbs/boxes for 20+ people.
