Check Amazon! My DH is a really odd size(38x36 ) and ou can seach by size, fit etc.

I buy DH his dress pants at Kohl's - I think the brand is "axcess" or something like that. Nice material and fit (there are actually several fits) and the price is nice at like $30 or so!

I'm sure the Calvin Klein outlet would have what you're looking for. All their clothes are "slim fit".
