Mental Health/Depression PSA
Today marks an anniversary of the loss of someone very important in my life.
As someone affected by suicide, and in a share of good vibes and positive energy on this day, I'd like to share some websites for anyone who might know anyone affected by depression or who has been affected by suicide.

My friend's girlfriend commit suicide years ago - he used to the nightime walk, and actually was featured in a documentary - he wrote some music for it as well....

So you know what documentary?
Ive done school visits where one is shown...it is geared toward teen/young adult suicide.

I also recommend emotions anonymous for anyone who needs a support group. It has done wonders for my DH who was diagnosed with depression last year.

My friend's sister committed suicide horribly 5 years ago and a month ago, my Step Sister's Sister killed herself.
It's been so hard for my friend and my Step sister. Any advice on how to help them?

I always suggest AFSP (linked).
I have worked with survivors in the past. There are support groups on LI.
