Tues: Crockpot fiesta chicken tacos with avocado crema
Weds: Crockpot boneless country spareribs, rice pilaf, roasted broccoli
Thurs: Leftovers
Fri: Stirfry beef lo mein with veggies and veggie postickers

Wed: Roasted chicken, mashed potatoes, corn
Thurs: Tacos
Fri: Leftovers

Sun: Spaghetti and Meatballs with a side salad

Menu Thread 10/19/15
Sunday- sausage, green beans, brown rice
Monday- leftover beef stew
Tuesday- grilled chicken, asparagus, baked potatoes
Wednesday- chicken tacos
Thursday- chicken and wild rice soup, either baked potatoes or corn bread
Friday&Saturday- either out or leftovers

Not sure which item on which day yet but this is what I will be making at some point this week:
-Lasagna
-Chicken, Broccoli & Quinoa Cheesy Casserole
-Vegetable & Pasta Soup w/ Garlic Bread
-Chicken Drumsticks with Salad
-Wine & Cheese Night (6 different cheeses, 2 different breads, some crackers, different fruits and vegetables, dried sausage)
-Asian Dumplings with a spicy dipping sauce
-Apple Pie
It's a lot of cooking this week

tonight: Rotisserie chicken with sauteed spinach and salad
Tues: chicken cutlet with cous cous and salad
wed: stuffed peppers (turkey meat)
Thurs: Leftovers/chicken salad etc
Fri: home made pizza

Sunday: Sauce with sausage & chicken parm
Monday: Meatloaf
Tuesday: leftovers, I'm alone on Tuesdays
Wednesday: Baked Teriyaki Chicken
Thursday: Artichoke Chicken
Friday: Steaks
Saturday: Roasted Chicken

LOL it's amazing! It's cube steak dredged in egg and flour, just like fried chicken, and you fry it and serve with a cream or pan drippings gravy. So hearty and fattening, but I make it only a few times a year!

i get to stay home ALLLLLL week for the 1st time in YEARS!!!
Friday- rabbit pork sausage with ginger in a light alfredo sauce with bowtie pasta
saturday - grilled tilapia with roasted asparagus and mushroom couscous
sunday- shakshuka with lamb meat balls and labneh
monday- chicken veggie stir fry with shirataki noodles in a garlic coconut aminos sauce
tuesday- depends on who is coming over,but most likely peking duck
( i cant plan ahead )
