This isn't parent related but this is the board I post most on.......I have a dilema...My sis is having her engagement party on Saturday and I need to have cups put into my dress since the top is too weird for a bra....So I need to find a tailor ASAP and since the alterations involve my boobs...I'd prefer a woman

I used a place on Merrick Avenue in Merrick for alterations to my wedding dress and I loved them....I don't remember the name of the place, but if you are familiar with Merrick it is a wedding dress store a little closer to sunrise than Ralphs, but not past the light where you turn to get behind stop and shop. FM me if you need more info.
I loved them they were so sweet and did an awesome job.

I use Lina in Wantagh. She works out of her house on the side but is the seamstress for Bridal Reflections in Massapequa.

Christine's Alterations in Levittown on Hempstead Tpke did ALL of the alteratios on my wedding gown for me and I was pleased with the results.
