ya. My friend lost 40 pounds in 6 months with Metabalife. BUT she ate good and did lots of exercise. You cant do it just on them. And you have to be careful cause when you go off them and don't continue to eat right you will gain it back.

now that they do not contain ephedra, I hear they results are not extraordinary.

Before I got pg. I was big into eating healthy and excercise...

I use to take the one a day vitamins...weight smart...It was supposed to speed up your metabolism...

I dont know if they really worked... or if eating healthy and excercise was what really did me in with my weight loss..

You cant go wrong though... its a one a day vitamin in the least!

I took some natural pill that was supposed to speed up your metabolism...I am not sure if it actually worked or I just wanted to think that it worked. I lost weight but I think that I might have changed my eating habits while taking it.

My girlfriend and I tried trim spa the original ones and now the ephedra free and neither one worked for us, but you never know try it see if it works. but wait a minute- who is this for def not for YOU ! You are sooo thin!!

i personally dont think they work. ive never tried them but everyone around me has!

anyone i know who has lost weight has always done so as a result of eating well and exercise. a lot of people just dont want to do the work!

do you think it is ok to take the one-a-day weight smart while TTC? What about once you're PG?

I think some of them do work, but the fear I have is that once you go off them, your metabolism crashes and becomes slower than it was before you stared—then watch that weight come flying back on. But lord knows I've been tempted to try it anyway. I do take calcium pills every day because it's a natural boost to your metabolism and it helps build strong bones.

Please do not take anything that enhances your metabolism. They can do tremendous damage to you heart, liver, kidneys and thyroid.....trust me i knwo

well i am happy to report i never took any
