Metamucil.. Is there a difference between the powder/wafers/pills?
.. just curious.......
I tried the wafers but really didn't like them  so I'm sitting here at my laptop with the pills to my right and debating if I should just down a few!! 
ETA: What I mean is .. is one more effective than another?

i have the powder and have a hard time getting it down its pretty thick and annoying
