Might need to get bunion surgery....
I have a bump on the side of my foot down under my big toe, it comes and goes the pain. Kind of sharp at times.And it runs in my family.

I was supposed to get it too but chickened out. It is supposed to put you out of commission for about 6 weeks and at the time, I couldn't afford to not be able to drive for that long. And yes, they are painful. I got mine from 13 years of ballet!
