Migraines...arrrrr....can't deal!!!
Been getting headaches on a regular basis for about the past 2 weeks now. Today was real bad though, had to lay down and cover my face form light and sound. It's very hard to work day to day when i dont know when they are gonna strike. Has anyone else experienced this and have any suggestions on what to do? I know I can take tylenol but I try to hold off as long as possible, and I dont want it to be an everyday thing. Any suggestions will be much appreciated. Thanks

i need cup of caff in am and one before bed.
rest a lot.
this pregnancy i have been plagued with them.. its horrible

Put a ton of ice in a giant ziplock and place it at the nape of your neck and rest. It helps trust me I have dealt with them for years and I am on imitrex for them.

i have had a constant headache for the past 5 days or so... i cant stand it! i have just been taking tylenol... i miss being able to take my migraine medication
