Miki starts dance class tonight
she is taking a short summer session (3 months, no recital). If she enjoys it, I will also be signing her up for the fall session which does have a recital
She is SO excited, she had on her leotard last night and was practicing her cool dance moves....
I am like a little kid on Christmas Eve, I remember how much I LOVED dance class. I hope she loves it too

we went to our nieces dance recital on Saturday and my uterus SCREAMED to be filled with a girl!!!   
I almost died from the unparralleled cuteness of 3 year olds in full ballet regalia.

so sweet, I remember hearing the stories of my 1st dance recital (I was 3)
I was ALL excited before the recital, pictures of me with a full on grin prior to the performance, curtains open up, I see like 100 people and flip the f out, screaming for my mom 
she had to come on stage and lead me off, calm me down
I went back out for the 2nd number but I was NOT expecting all those people

oh yay!!! I hope she loves it! Alyssa is done with her first year of dance...she LOVED it. Her recital is this weekend!

she LOVED it, they did tap first, then ballet, then tumbling. We were able to watch her on a tv screen in the lobby but the TV switched between 2 classes every 30 seconds so I missed most of the tumbling.
all in all, it was great, she loves it and we are excited for next week
