MIL advice

OK, so I made the mistake of allowing my MIL in the delivery room with us when Mallory was born.... there have been a lot of issues lately and her and I are not on great terms... she makes no effort to see her grandchildren she has now....
I don't want her in the delivery room this time.. how do I tell her without causing a lot of problems? I'm thinking that I'll just tell her that I don't want it to be too crowded in there like last time.... my Mom and my Husband are the only people allowed.

Re: MIL advice

I'd probably say something like while the doctor thought it was nice that I had such strong support system, he felt it was too distracting to have so many people in there so he's limiting me this time.

Re: MIL advice

If you don't want a confrontation, just don't tell her the date. "It was an emergency C-section.", or "My water just broke, so we didn't have time to call anyone."...
