Everything there is great! Their specials are always good. I love their sweet potato fries! Also, you have to have coffee and dessert. They are delicious!

Dress code is nothing fancy. I would say jeans and a sweater or pants. Have fun!!!

love it! I'm a TOTAL fan!

The dress code is casual...

They have a website so you can see a menu before you go!

Re: milk & sugar

EVERYTHING!!!

And I'm so bitter about it because I wanted to have my shower there and went in the beginning of January to book and they were booked SOLID through SEPTEMBER!!!

I mean, ridiculous!!

I was so sad Chat Icon but it's OK... Anyway, the food is, of course, great. The desserts are heaven- I had a milk shake!! MMMMM!!!

I drove all the way out there in late January on a Sunday afternoon and they were closed, I guess for a private party. Chat Icon

Re: milk & sugar

I went tonight and I liked it, but I didnt like everything (I am a bit of a food snob b/c I worked in fine dining for 7 years). I loved my wrap with sashimi tuna (which is seared and that doesnt make sense b/c sashimi is raw, but whatever), it was delish! I also loved the s'mores dessert.

What I didnt like:

Our waiter kept trying to sell us stuff. Their portions are huge, after we said we were full, he tried to sell us 2 orders of s'mores.

We were right next to the live music. All good, but it was too loud. So loud that I couldnt hear the waiter reply when I asked him questions.

The appetizers that we had werent anything great. In fact, the fondue was vile. It tasted like nacho cheese and salsa mixed together.

My friends werent too impressed with their food. One of them asked for no crabmeat in her pasta and it came out with crabmeat. The waiter fixed it, but it took a while for her dish to come out and we were finished with dinner by the time hers came out.

The arugula in another friends salad was yellow on 1/3 of her leaves.

The service was lackluster and barely there.

All in all, I would give this place another shot, but only for salads, sandwiches and desserts. I hope they had an off night.

How terrible!!! Lapetiteseriene and I go there around noon, and the service is great - no loud music. It sounds like this place is completely different in the evening. Sorry!!!

Yeah, I think it is more of a lunch place IMO.

I will go back for those s'mores though...

I usually go there early evening during the week or lunch if I am off from work. I haven't been on a weekend night so I guess like previously stated the service wasn't so hot. Sorry to hear that!

Re: milk & sugar

yeah we happen to like it better earlier too. They don't seem to handle the crowds as well as they could. We have gone in the evenings, but keep it simple to desserts and coffee only.
