Milk Supply Decrease - HELP
I have been exclusively pumping for 11 weeks now. All of a sudden, it appears my supply has decreased. I have gotten a few ounces less than normal for the past few days. I have not changed anything. Has this happened to anyone? Do you have any suggestions?

Re: Milk Supply Decrease - HELP
Sometimes a sudden cut in supply is due to pending AF.
Also, are you drinking and eating enough?
You can try fenugreek and oatmeal to help increase production too.

fennel tea should also help. A change in diet could also be the cause.

That happened to me, and I realized I wasn't drinking enough water. Once I upped the fluids, I was back to my normal production.

Re: Milk Supply Decrease - HELP
Mine decreased by a bit as well around the same time. I took the fenugreed and ate oatmeal everyday and drank lots of water too but none of it seemed to help. I am still producing more than DD drinks every day so I'm not worrying about it anymore.
