I did the last session...
(eat before you go - the food s ucks!).

I can only speak for myself when I say I met a lot of really nice women whom I already feel close with and see often (and that I can see being friends with for a long time) and I'm not just saying that cause one of them happens to be on this board - I really mean it.

If you are looking to meet other moms, form play groups, get out of the house - it's worth it.

It might be hit or miss, I don't know - but I had a good experience.

There are 4 sessions - 4 thursdays in a row - it's $145

ETA: I know the next session starts on the 23rd - so I would call now to sign up if you are interested.

Don't they meet @ Pappa Razzi?
My colleague taught infant massage to them at one of their meetings a few years ago, I was thinking of eventually checking it out.

I did it the last session also.

My opinion is basically the same as MrsR. I met nice women and have formed playgroups and have gotten close with a few already and hope to stay like that for a longtime.

It is done at Papparazzi in Westbury. The food wasn't that great. We had great speakers talk to us--nutritionist, pediatrician, baby yoga and music together. They sit you with people that live in your area..

You have nothing to lose and plus you get out of the house for a couple of hours, and it is ony 4 sessions...

Oh, I did feel like it was like going through sorority rush a little

It is definately hit or miss....
