Mini Frozen Pie Crust
Would phyllo cups work? Most supermarkets carry those in the frozen section.

I've never seen mini. I have bought refrigerated Pillsbury pie cruse and used a cutter to get the right size. The phyllo cups are also good, but they are different than pie crust.
