MINI-QUICHE RECIPE NEEDED

Spinach Pie!
Combine two eggs, tub of ricotta cheese, bag of shredded parm, half bag of mozzarella, and one sauteed yellow onion. Pour into pie shells. Cooking time depends on size of shell. It is awesome!!! I made two last night.
