Mini van mom...what does the statement even mean?
If someone said to you..
"You are a classic mini van mom, I can so see you with a mini van."
How would you take that? What does that even mean??

Similar to a soccer Mom comment...carting kids around, taking them to different places, playdates, activities etc...also a Mom with a few kids..
ETA: I think that description fits most of us, but that is my best guess

I don't think it is really a bad thing, unless it was said in a nasty tone of voice.
I think it means that you are in the family stage of life, and therefore, the car you drive can define you..

I just didnt get it due to the fact that I only have one child and although I mentioned looking at mini vans, dont have one. The "classic mini van mom" thing had me scratching my head. In a way, I took it as a compliment, like you LOOK like you were born to be a mom type of thing. I dont know? LOL

I would take it as a PP said - that you are in the family stage of your life...
We recently GOT a mini-van and I told one of my single friends who I used to out to the bars with. He said (teasingly) I need to get my "mom jeans" and then I'd be all set.
