Miscarriage and SEX
I just miscarried using medicine to bring it on do to a non-viable pregnancy. I am still bleeding a lot (sorry TMI) and the DR said it can last from 2-4 weeks. My question is:
Can I have intecourse with my DH? My DR says, no...wait the 2-4 weeks but would it really hurt anything?

My dr told me to wait at least 2 week, to prevent infection. She said that when you miscarry, your cervix dialates and you could possibly get an infection if you have v-sex during the first 2 weeks. I would wait, or at least double check with your dr.

I agree...you don't want to get an infection on top of the m/c. You're cervix is open while you're bleeding and then could lead to an infection in your uterus.

ITA!! I would try to just wait a few weeks.

I had a D&C and My doctor said 2 weeks. We  at 2 weeks and I was left with a very sore uterus afterwards (from the big 'o'  ). My doctor said perhaps waitng 3 weeks or more was a better idea.
My friends doctor told her to wait 4-6 weeks and honestly now I know why. I was in pain for almost 4 days.

I was told to wait a full cycle.
i wouldn't do it.
I didn't even want to do it actually. I was sore for a LONG time after the DNC.
