Miss USA Tara Conner, who checked out of rehab on Jan. 21, is admitting she used cocaine prior to her treatment.

In a preview of an interview with Matt Lauer, the 21-year-old Kentucky native tells the Today host, "I have done cocaine, yes." (The full interview will be broadcast Thursday.)

"It feels good to get it off my chest," Conner continues. "The more that I get it off my chest, the better I feel about myself. At first I held it back, [but] it's not healthy for my recovery to sit here and hold things back."

Conner went into rehab as part of "a second chance" offered to her by Donald Trump, co-owner of the Miss Universe organization, following allegations of hard partying, indiscretions with men and unreliability when it came to showing up at Miss USA-related events.

According to the New York Post's Page Six, Conner admits to taking antidepressants and other drugs that triggered an allergic reaction, telling Lauer, "I've tried several different things. But, you know, it's always the same effect
