Mobile -- So cool
I finally bought Emily a mobile for her crib today because we didn't get one from our registry -- and the one we got is SO cool.
It's made by the first years. It's called Dreams in Sight - Nature Sensations. It's awesome. It has like a little lamp shade at the top with a projector so the baby sees moving stars/moons. It also has a remote control and 4 different songs. I don't really know how Emily likes it yet but I think it's so awesome! I'm so glad I bought it today.

She just started to fuss so I put it on while I got her bottle ready -- I like to have everything ready so that once she's awake I can feed her right away -- and she's just staring at it! I think she likes it! Yay!!

I bought it at Toys R Us baby because it's so close to my house and I just wanted to run out quick -- Emily is only 2 weeks old so I feel bad being out of the house for a long tiem.
We paid $49.99 for it though and I saw it on Babycenter.org for 39.95 so you might want to look online to see if it's cheaper there.
We tried it last night and I think it kept her awake because she LOVED looking at it! I had to turn it off so she could fall esleep, lol. However during the day it's working out great to give you the 5 minutes you need to get the bottle ready after she wakes up. She's 2 weeks old and it's the first thing that I REALLY see her doing eye trackign with. Normally it just looks like she's staring into space but you can tell she was really concentrating on it today.

My brother got it for Marissa but we don't have a crib to put it on yet! I can't wait to use it-- it's adorable!
