Moby Wrap users please come in

I thought I loved it but...it's starting to frustrate me. I love when she's comfy in it and sleeps...but I can't seem to get the right 'discreet' nursing hold. And if she's fussy, she doesn't want to be in it so I'm starting to think this thing wasn't worth it after all. It's so much fabric, so much to deal with...

The other thing that annoys me is going from one hold to another...the fabric just ends up all over the place and then you have to re-wrap.

I dunno...any advice? Does it just get easier with practice?

I only used mine for one kind of hold so I'm no help. I definitely preferred my Peanut Shell over the Moby....anyday!

It was much more convenient and easier to get DS in and out.

I'm no help either. I returned mine after a few weeks because it just WASN'T getting easier. Like you said, too much fabric, too much to deal with IMO.

I think that the wrapping just takes practice. I got to the point that I could do it in like 2 seconds. I used it for my DS's first 4 months and then moved to the ergo (which I still occasionally use [DS is 27 months & the ergo is still comfortable]).

As far as BFing goes- I did not find a single carrier on the market (moby, sling, ergo) that I seemed to be able to BF in. I watched videos, followed instructions and could never find a comfortable way to BF in one. My sister's friend BFed at my sister's bridal shower with her moby and no one even noticed. (But this was also her second so maybe she was just more comfortable BFing the second time around.)

My DS slept a lot in the moby. But he only liked the position where he was facing in at me and his feet HAD to be sticking out. (Once he fell asleep, I would move his feet up and tuck them it.) He absolutely hated the craddle position. Maybe try her different ways in it.
