Mock Embryo Transfer...
can someone please tell me what this is like, how long do you think it takes. Thanks! I go for mine on Wednesday.

It's super quick - just like an IUI.
Mine took less than 5 minutes!
They use a speculum to keep your cervix open, then guide a catheter through your cervix into your uterus. Then they do a sono to make sure they can see that the tip of the catheter is in the uterus, and that's it!
It's like having a map! Mine is a little tilted, so they will note that on the chart (I saw my RE draw a little diagram) and that will help them during the actual transfer.

I just had this done on Thursday... It was exactly as was previously posted... Lasted about 5 minutes... My RE made notes also. GL!!!!
