Modcloth Rave!
So to be brief, I ordered a dress from the Modcloth and few days ago. Ordered something else a few days later and that was shipped before the first item. I inquired why and was told it was on it's way out today. Next thing I know i get an email saying they oversold the item and they would refund my money. Ummm, what? I called to complain because, seriously, WTF? Did the first rep lie to me? I order from them at least once a month!
So they explain it's a mistake yada, yada, yada, and they are going to make it right for me. Next thing I know she tells me that "I'm making you a one time use coupon for 70% off your next order"  
I just bought almost 650 bucks worth of stuff and my bill was only about 180 dollars!
Modcloth really does have the BEST customer service ever!
