Mohegan Sun
I am going this weekend for the Rascal Flatts concert 
Anyone have advise on where to eat, best/cheapest way to get there, etc?

I don't know what kind of setting you want but DH and I love Big Bubba's BBQ. Good homestyle bbq. They have great mac n cheese and baked beans.

I saw Trace Adkins/JoDee Messina there. It's a great venue.
We took the ferry. Might not be the cheapest but definitely the easiest.

Michael Jordan just opened a Mexican restaurant there too... It's called Soltoro and it's AWESOME.
Not overly pricey either.
Give it a try if you like Mexican. YUM!

I am going to be there SUnday!
The Cove Restaurant is really good..it has a little bit of everything.
THey just opened a new section there---and they havec a Margaritaville there now too!
There is also Fidelia which has good sandwiches, if you are in the mood for that.
I cannot wait for the concert--will be a great time!
R you staying at Mohegan Sun?
We are staying at Microtel--so much cheaper & its nice there!

Just a suggestion, if you are going to eat at Mohegan before the concert, make a reservation!
DH and I went in the spring to see Billy Joel and could not get into any of the restaurants until after 8:00pm (which of course didn't work since the concert was at 8!)
We ended up having to eat at the buffet place... and I HATE buffets!

I was there for a work meeting last week.
I drove around (Tues-Wed) from Nassau County and it was just over two hours to get there. I took the ferry home and that took 3 1/2.
Def recommend Margaritaville. We ate at Michael Jordans and I wasn't impressed.

I ate at Tuscant Todd English's restaurant. Very good, but a little pricey. We took the orient ferry over and with the ferry tix at MOhegan they give you either free buffet or $10 off each meal. They also give you 2 free spins on the big wheel. Definately worth it!
