MOIST cupcake recipes wanted...
I know some people hate that word, but I hate dry cupcakes!
Does anyone have great, knock your socks off, MOIST Vanilla AND Chocolate cupcake recipes? If so, please share.

Try the vanilla bean cupcake recipe from Annie's Eats (that's what I used to make the cupcakes in my other thread with the chocolate ganache) and I think they are the same ones Shapla made with her butterfly cupcakes. Vanilla Bean Cupcakes
For chocolate... try Smitten Kitchen - I made this as a cake and it was SO absurdly moist... it was incredible!

Mail....in our complex it would get "lost". Just deliver - Ron's all about Chocolate cake - right Ron?

Yup! The Vanilla Bean Cupcakes from Annie's Eats is very moist. Definitely worth making!

Just a quick suggestion, for really moist cakes, I always make a recipe with sour cream in it.
Chocolate Guinness cake is my favorite moist cake...Nigella does a great one.

I agree with this. sour cream works wonders.
also, I find the recipe on the box of Hershey's cocoa to be very moist.
I don't do vanilla cupcakes
ETA: after seeing Shapla's photos, I am going to give them a whirl. they'll look great covered in chocolate

I made the vanilla bean ones last night...not sure whats up with my oven but it seemed like they weren't cooking thru and thru with the recommended cooking time...so I think I overbaked them and now they're not moist! FML!
