Mommies that recently started cereal
How many times a day do you feed your child cereal? We have been giving Alison cereal since she was about 3 months old. We were originally giving to her on a spoon, had some issues started giving it to her in a bottle and have recently started giving to her on a spoon again. We usually give it to her for her last feeding of the day. Should I be giving it to her other times a day as well?

In her bottle in the early morning (5AM) and right before bed at night (9PM). Also, once during the day on a spoon on the days that I don't work. Day care just gives her formula on the days that I work.
This schedule works for us and Gracie's reflux is almost non-existent since we started with the cereal in the bottle. HTH

Ava will be 16 weeks on Monday, and she gets one tablespoon of oatmeal at her second to last bottle. I am going to start giving her a little more at that time, but for now we're just going with once a day.

Re: Mommies that recently started cereal
We just started giving DS oatmeal twice a day. Once at around 10 AM and 6PM. He gets about 2 Tablespoons eat time. This is his 3rd week of oatmeal.
