Moms of 4-5 month olds

Does your child "sing" himself/herself to sleep? Now that Ryan seems to have found his voice -- lots of yell talking type of stuff, when he's put in his crib or swing he talks to himself for a good 15-minutes before going to bed

Nope, but that's really cute!

Dylan does squeal really loudly when he wakes up happy though. It makes DH and I laugh to hear him babbling away in the morning.

Yes, Ella will do that sometimes, but sometimes she needs to suck on the binkie!

YES!! Ryan makes the sweetest singing sounds when falling asleep!!

oh yes I have a screamer! its so cute!!! I call it his singing voice!

Gavin has a binky in his mouth when he falls asleep, so no singing or cooing.

But he is constantly talking and cooing. I love on the days I work and come home he talks to me and tells me how is day was with Grandma or Daddy.

Isn't it just amazing? I can't believe how in love I am with this little man. He amazes me everyday!

Yes! DD is talking all the time and sometimes she does it while trying to go to sleep. sometimes it is more whiny than singy (don't think that's a word) but regardless I think it is how she soothes herself.
