Moms of 4 month olds-Feeding
Good morning all
Can you please tell me what your feeding scheules are like for your children. I started my DS on rice cereal today and was wondering how often you give it to them. Also how many bottles and oz your DC is eating and about what time you give them their last bottle

My DD is 4 1/2 months. We give her cereal once a day - 3 tbsp, but the dr said that we could give her more if we wanted to. She usually eats 4 bottles a day, 6 oz. each, so she eats around 8, 12, 4 and 8. After 8 she goes to bed and sleeps pretty much through the night.
Our doctor said that she could have any single grain cereal, so we have tried rice and oatmeal. She seems to like the oatmeal better.

My DD is 4 months old- she isn't on cereal yet- the doc said at 5 months she can go on it.
She eats about 5 bottles a day- 6.30am when she gets up, 10.00am, 1.30pm, 5.00, 8.00
She takes anywhere from 6-8 ounces- depends on how she's feeling I guess.

DD is 4 1/2 monthd old. She eats 4 times a day - around 8 am, 12 pm, 4 pm and 7:30 pm-ish. She's not on cereal yet - the dr said wait until about 6 months old. And in her bottles she takes anywhere from 5-7 ounces. Usually around 6 for each feeding.

I do cereal once a day in the afternoon. Molly is 4 monhts. She also prefers oatmeal over rice. She eats about 4-5 bottles a day usually about 7 oz. She still gets up once a night though straving and drinks 8 ozs!

Kaylee's 5-months old and she wasn't doing well with eating the cereal. I don't think she was completely ready, so I'm going to wait a couple of weeks to try again. Just formula for her for now.
