Moms of baby girls - baby nipple concern
DD's left nipple is hard and seems like there is a lump under it.
The right nipple is fine.
Any ideas?
I am calling the pediatrician tomorrow of course but until then....

My DD had a white small cyst like on her nipple and dr said it was normal and will eventually fall off on its own. 4 months later it did.

My son had this...is she s newborn, they get it from the hormaones passed during birth, my son had it at about 4 weeks, ped said it was normal

She's 8 months old - and there's nothing on the outside, just a hard pebble-like feeling under her nipple....under the skin....

hmmmm, i am sre its most likely a gland enlarged but take her to the ped just to be safe...

Thanks ladies - I hope that's what it is - I am freaking cuz my aunt and grandmother both had mastectomies, and my sister just had a biopsy on a mass.
I'm calling Dr. tomorrow.

Both of my DD's had a lump under their breasts. I was told it was the estrogen from us. DD2 is 9 months old and still has it.
's - I know how worried you are. I was too.
