Moms Of Boys, what are your DS wearing for Back To School?
I am having the hardest time finding an outfit.

My son is 10 & he will wear shorts and t's
for at least the month of sept. When it
starts getting chilly then its jeans t's, track
pants, long sleeve t's , sweat shirts. My son
is def easier then my DD!!
He wears Converse or Vans sneakers.

Depends on the weather but I am assuming that September will still be warm so shorts and t shirts. During the year he wears jeans and sweatpants and Nike sneakers.

Shorts and Tshirts for the first month, if chilly his new Volcom sweatshirt that he loves.
Otherwise sweats- Adidas Nike or puma with longs leave t...
He hates wearing jeans!
He got new nike lunarglides at the Nordstrom sale to start the new school year.

The first day you mean? Shorts and a polo. RL has some cute ones in Macy's.
For the first month he'll wear shorts and t-shirts, or polo shirts.

Shorts and a polo here too. He will wear sneakers too in case he has gym. But he wears sneakers every day anyway, b/c honestly it's easier than remembering PE days.

Shorts and a t shirt. I don't fight what they are going to wear because it can set them off for the whole day, and it is not worth the fight.
If I had my choice I would do a polo shirt and khaki shorts, but my kids won't wear anything with a button.

My boys are 9 and 11.
They will wear shorts and tee shirts until it's so cold that I have to INSIST on long pants.. then they will switch over to cargo pants and jeans .. probably sometime in late October.
They don't love long sleeve tee shirts so it will normally be short sleeves .. but they will wear sweatshirts or hoodies to layer when it's cooler.
For sneakers my older son loves Osiris and my little guy is into Vans or DC skate shoes.

I won't plan a very specific first day outfit b/c I won't know about the weather. Still, I want to have some options narrowed down and I want him to wear something new. I will probably assume that he is going to wear shorts.

We order for my DS from the website $50.00 which isn't anything crazy compared to Nike's

it is so hot in the schools the first month of school so i plan to send him in shorts and short sleeve shirts for a while. ive been shopping the clearance racks at the stores for end of summer clothes. once it gets cooler out i plan to do school clothes shopping for pants and long sleeve shirts. DD is going into 2nd grade, i did this for her both in K and 1st grade...my mom is a teacher and she warned me how hot the schools are in sept even into oct and not to dress her in pants for a while so i took her advice.
for DS first day of school i will probably have him wear khaki shorts and a collared shirt or something like that. The children's place always has their collared shirts for like $8.

I kept a few pairs of shorts and a new shirts aside for any possible event/parties that we may need to attend. So he will most likely where those outfits the first few days of school
