at around 5 months we went from Zantac three times a day to 2x, then down to once, and now at 7 months he is off of it completely.

we stlll use t as a PRN and my daughter is 5. I say you use it until needed

See my DS has been using it since about 3 mos. So if he has never NOT had it, how would i know if he still needed it?

how man ml is he on? cut it down by 1 ml every 3 das, see if e can be weaned off of it.

I think it was around 8 months or so - down to 1x a day by then.

9 months....and he had a small issue for about a week or two...he hasnt spit up though in ages...months now.
