was wondering this the other day too
( go figure right  ) and I thought I remembered someone posting something they had gotten on Etsy that held them all, but I don't know what its called to try to look it up.

This is an older picture of what I made for dd. The bow holders are canvases with ribbons attached that I clip the bows onto.
The headband holders are large cardboard oatmeal containers that I covered in contact paper.
For baby shower or new baby girl gifts I get a pretty frame and use scrapbook paper and ribbon that coordinates with the bedding to make a similar but smaller bow holder.
