I don't, but have heard of people getting an " I am going to be a big___________" T-shirt for their already born child to wear as a way of making the announcement.

Only did something cute for dh.
It was fathers day the day i told him .. so I painted "Im a Big Sister" on one of my dds onesies. I quickly put on her before he woke up that morning.. then when he woke up.. I told him since it was fathers day.. he had to change her out of pjs and put on whatever outfit he wanted her to wear.. Then when he opened her pjs he saw the writing.. He was super excitted!!

That's what we did- my family all lives far away so we emailed the ones we wouldn't see for awhile and had my DD wear the shirt for those who saw her on vacation that summer. It was really fun.
