Moms of newborns - what form of formula do you use?
I BF but supplement with RTF formula.
Do you use powder or RTF? I'd like to use powder, but heard RTF is easier on the tummy?

We have always used powder (a lot easier and cheaper, JMO). We started with Similac Advance then switched to Enfamil Gentlease when he got gassy. So far so good (too good,kid can't get enough). He's 10 weeks now

same here, I use RTF similac sensitive (orange bottle)
they gave him similac in the hospital so I just stayed with it

I know, powder is easier and less expensive than RTF, would love to switch to powder, but wanted to see what most newborn mom's use.
DD is a little over 5 weeks.

Paxton is almost 4 weeks and we actually use the Target Brand of Similac Advance. It works great for him, no problems, and half the price of the Brand name powder.

DS hated the RTf. I bought it once at BJ's trying to save myself some work. We are back to the powder Similac Advance early shield.

We started on Similac Advanced and the dr switched us to Soy because he was having some stomach problems. We're using the premixed stuff because our dr said it creates less chance for contamination, which is beneficial when they're so little.

ok, so I tried powder last night, DD hated it! She made a face, push the nipple out of her mouth and was spitting out her tongue 
back to RTF we are....
